This site is operated by Global Solutions Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operating the Cloth & Glitter brand. References to “we”, “us” and “the house” mean that company.
A brand presentation, not a shop
This website is a brand and showroom presentation. It does not accept orders, reservations or payments, and no purchase can be completed here. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Prices
The site does not publish exact garment prices. Any figure shown is indicative “from” guidance in pounds sterling for the relevant line, illustrating the starting positioning of pieces in that line rather than the price of a particular garment. Indicative guidance may change at any time without notice, does not constitute an offer to sell, and the final price for any piece is confirmed privately after specification of fabric, finish and requirements. References to private orders from a stated figure are a general house-level indication and are not attached to any individual piece shown on this site.
Enquiries
An enquiry sent through this site is a request for information only. It creates no purchase contract, reservation, allocation, obligation or guarantee on either side, and we may decline or discontinue any discussion. Enquiries are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Descriptions and imagery
Product names, descriptions, colours, sizing and imagery are presented in good faith and are illustrative. Some imagery is editorial or digitally generated, and screens reproduce colour differently, so presentation may vary from final physical samples. We make no manufacturing, material, origin or certification claims on this site.
Materials, certification and environmental statements
The Cloth & Glitter Standard describes our design, sourcing and making principles and our intentions. It is not a claim that every product carries a particular fibre composition, certification or environmental attribute. Any material, composition, certification or environmental statement applies only where it is specifically stated for the relevant product and supported for that product.
Intellectual property
The Cloth & Glitter name, the original brand assets, copy, photography and the presentation of this site belong to or are used by Global Solutions Management LLC as applicable. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that a mark is registered unless it is expressly identified as registered. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce or adapt the material commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site or its imagery, interfere with its operation or security, submit false or abusive content through the forms, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Language and translation
