Who is responsible

Global Solutions Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates the Cloth & Glitter brand and this site, and is responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

Only what you send us. The enquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, your message and, where you started from a product page, the piece, colour and size you were viewing. The newsletter form collects an email address. Our hosting and security providers also process technical data such as IP address and request logs as a necessary part of serving the site.

How it is used

To answer your enquiry and provide client care, and — where you have signed up — to send occasional letters about new pieces. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

No tracking or advertising

This site does not run third-party analytics, advertising or social tracking, and fonts are served from our own site rather than a third party. There are no accounts, profiles, wishlists, reviews, uploads, chats, competitions or geolocation features.

Optional language translation

The site offers an optional language selector. If you choose a language other than English, a third-party translation service processes the visible public page content needed to produce that translation, and your browser communicates with that service to display it. This is a convenience feature, not analytics or advertising, and it is only active if you select a language. Form fields, anything you type into them, brand names and similar protected text are marked so that they are excluded from translation. Machine translations may be imperfect; the English version of this site is the authoritative one.

Adults only

The children's and baby collections are presented to adults, parents and guardians. Both forms on this site are intended for adults aged 18 or over. The enquiry form asks you to tick a required box confirming you are 18 or over; the newsletter form carries a statement that it is for adults aged 18 or over but has no such box. Neither form collects a date of birth or an age.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted without appropriate parental involvement, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable. Parents and guardians may contact us through the Enquire page to ask about, or request deletion of, such information.

Keeping information

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the correspondence and keep a reasonable record of it. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed. Form submissions are stored in a database that is not readable from the public site.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws — for example to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to certain uses. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can make a privacy request through the Enquire page. We will respond as required by the laws that apply to us.

Last updated 2026. This notice describes the data flows currently used by this site and will be updated if they change.
